RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your N95MaskCo.com order!
Items purchased from N95MaskCo.com are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns purchased from N95Maskco.com and cannot process merchandise from a physical store or one our stockists. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Once we receive the product, we will credit your original payment method with the cost of what you paid for the returned product excluding the price of shipping.
MAKING A RETURN
1. You MUST include the packing slip with your (item(s) or your return/ exchange cannot be processed. If you misplaced your packing slip or it was not originally included, then please include a piece of paper with your order #, details, name, address, what item you're returning and why.
2. Circle the items being returned and mark the appropriate return code.
3. Securely and seal your item(s) and invoice in an appropriate shipping box.
4. Please ship with your preferred shipping service (recommended to ship via UPS or Insured Parcel Post):

Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. Also, please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive and process refunds once delivered.
To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Please also note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us at info@N95MaskCo.com as quickly as possible. If your order has already been fulfilled and you have received shipping confirmation, please refer to our return policy above.
If you received the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. All items should be sent back using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, you will receive a refund for the shipping cost.
LOST OR MISSING ITEMS:
Please note that we do ship items separately, and mark them on your packing slip if they will be arriving in multiple packages.
However, if your package is delivered with missing items from your order, then please email info@N95MaskCo.com so we can quickly get your issue resolved.
